Our inaugural whisky is 4 years old and has been matured in 200-litre first-fill bourbon casks and 250-litre first-fill Oloroso sherry casks. We neither chill-filter nor add colour to our whisky.

Our single malt whisky is brewed, distilled, matured, and bottled on Fedje.

At feddie, we aim to create distinct whiskeys. Distillery edition is a rustic variant of our ordinary malt whisky. Exactly the same liquid, with one exception. This has been bottled at 57.2%, where the usual is at 47.2%. Higher alcohol promotes other aromas.

Primarily 1st fill ex-bourbon barrels and 10-15% 1st fill ex-oloroso sherry casks.

Distinct cask in the form of vanilla, wood, tropical fruit, hints of ash and burnt match. Touch of apple/pear and malt. Behind this we find something that shows a little age in the form of walnut and cured ham. Oily and rich mouthfeel.

Our very first limited release is made with the desire to show a slightly different side of our whisky, with a focus on the salty, mineral and maritime.

4 ex-bourbon barrels and 2 ex-Islay quarter casks.

Clear malt touch together with vanilla, a hint of caramel, autumn apple and a little salt. Grilled meat and olive brine in front of grilled tropical fruit. Rich mouthfeel and long aftertaste.
