Feddie Ocean Distillery was established in 2018. We are one of the largest producers of whisky in Norway, currently with more than 1,400 casks in our warehouse on Fedje. As with the rest of our products, our whisky is made 100 % from certified organic raw materials.


THE STILLS
Our whisky is distilled using a hybrid still, combining both a pot still and a column still. This setup offers flexibility in production, allowing our team to fine-tune each batch. With their dedication and expertise, they ensure the new make spirit is crafted to the highest standards.
ECO-LIGHTHOUSE CERTIFIED
Feddie Ocean Distillery is Norway's only organic whisky distillery. Everything we produce in terms of spirits is to be organically certified. Feddie Single Malt Whisky is bottled in lightweight bottles made of more than 50% recycled glass. The gin bottles are made of 100% recycled glass.
We work to reduce our environmental impact in all parts of our business.
Today, our largest waste fraction, spent grain, is used as pig feed. We participate in a research project for the use of the waste we produce. Spent grain is the residual waste of the grain we use in whisky production.
