OYSTER SHELL VODKA

Oysters help clean the ocean and their reefs provide habitat for other marine life. It’s a shame that most oyster shells end their life in the trash. This inspired us to make an oceanic botanical vodka, where we distill the vodka with oyster shells and lemon peel in the copper still. The shells were provided by our friends at Fiskeriet in Oslo.

Balanced with soft hint of the sea and fresh lemon peel.
